澳新再次就四氫大麻酚含量低的大麻用于食品征求意見

  食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊    據(jù)澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局(FSANZ)消息,7月28日澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局發(fā)布20–16號通知公告,再次就四氫大麻酚(THC)含量低的大麻用于食品征求意見,截止日期為2016年8月25日。

  澳新食品法規(guī)部長論壇要求食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局評估四氫大麻酚含量低的大麻用于食品的可行性,并評估大麻二酚(cannabidiol,CBD)在食品中的限量問題。對此,澳新食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局進(jìn)行了相關(guān)評估。

  1 Introduction

  The Australia and New Zealand Ministerial Forum on Food Regulation (the Forum) has requested FSANZ to develop a proposal on how, if it was considered appropriate, low-

  D9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) hemp could be legally designated as a food. FSANZ has interpreted this to be a request for developing a food regulatory measure to permit the sale of foods containing the seeds, or substances extracted or derived from the seeds of low THC hemp.

  1.1 Previous estimates of dietary exposure to THC by FSANZ Chronic dietary exposure to THC from low THC hemp seed foods was previously estimated as part of the risk assessment in Applications A3601 and A10392 .

  The purpose of the estimates was to calculate potential dietary exposure to THC assuming proposed Maximum Levels (ML) for THC within low THC hemp seed foods. Dietary exposure estimates were compared to the tolerable daily intake (TDI) of THC of 6 mg/kg body weight (bw)。 Details on of how dietary exposure assessments were conducted are provided in the supporting documents to the Applications.
